Creative Engagement In The Rain

When was the last time you got caught in the rain and stopped to let feel it splash against your skin, danced while your clothes began to stick , or paused long enough to let the water fall in between the lips of you and another? This engagement session was rescheduled twice, and at the last minute we decided to go for it! This couple LOVES the outdoors, they actually met in a Forest Preserve much like this one, doing what they are most passionate about - caring for the earth. We weren’t expecting the rain, so when it ended up down pouring almost a mile and a half from the parking lot, there really was nothing else to do but accept the circumstances, and turn it into a photoshoot in the rain! I am SO glad Monica & Brian were up for it, because the images are so moody.
